Mission

The Community Based Psychiatric Care Research Center aims to:

  • Provide a suitable platform for implementing and utilizing the results of community-based research in mental health, emphasizing the protection of patient interests and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
  • Increase the number of specialists in fundamental and applied community-based research in mental health and be recognized as a research hub in the southern region of the country.
  • Endeavor to establish the center as a reputable research institution on an international level.
  • Foster collaboration with health and treatment teams to better identify health issues in the realm of mental health and provide solutions.

 

Vision

To conduct fundamental, applied, and evidence-based research, facilitate the recruitment of scientific and specialized personnel within the country, and enhance studies and research with a community-oriented approach to promote the mental health of society.

One of the important goals of this center is to apply research in the daily lives of community members.

 

Future Research Programs

To conduct fundamental, applied, and interventional research in various areas of mental health, aimed at enhancing community health and preventing the occurrence and spread of mental disorders.
