The Community Based Psychiatric Care Research Center at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences officially began its activities on May 11, 2013, after receiving an initial approval from the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education. The center obtained final approval from the Ministry on May 24, 2021.
