According to the Director of the Community-Based Psychiatric Care Research Center, a website for effective communication with patients suffering from mental disorders has been designed with the goal of enhancing the communication skills of students and healthcare staff with patients in psychiatric departments. Dr. Maryam Shaygan explained, "The design of this website is part of a project accepted by the National Strategic Research Center for Medical Education (NASR), and it is being carried out in two stages: qualitative and quantitative."

She continued, "In the initial phase of designing this website, a qualitative study was conducted with the participation of students and experts in educational and clinical mental health, which helped define the core content of the website's educational materials. Then, the content and scenarios related to communication with patients suffering from mental disorders were designed and incorporated into the website."

Dr. Maryam Shaygan further stated that another feature of the website is the ability to administer tests and report the results to the support team. She emphasized, "It is hoped that by utilizing the educational materials available on this website, even small steps can be taken toward improving effective communication with hospitalized patients in psychiatric departments."
