During the ceremony commemorating Teacher's Day and Education, held at the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery of Hazrat Fatimah (PBUH) University with the attendance of the university president and vice presidents, top educational faculty members of 2023 were honored. In this ceremony, Dr. Azita Jabari, a research faculty member at the Community-Based Psychiatric Care Research Center, was recognized as an exemplary professor among the faculty members of research centers at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.

The selection of the annual top professor is based on educational, research, and expertise indicators in scientific and technological fields. In each faculty, the number of selected professors corresponds to the number of educational programs. Within the Vice Presidency for Research and Technology at the university, this process is carried out among faculty members from 54 approved research centers by the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education.
