Introduction to the National Nursing Research Network
Medical sciences research networks were established in accordance with the Fourth Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran, based on Article 46, Clause (C), to modernize the management methods of the research sector in medical and related sciences. The purpose of these networks is to inform policymaking, address significant healthcare and medical problems, reduce disease burden, develop medical science frontiers, and produce products with the participation of all stakeholders, as approved by the Expansion Council.
The National Nursing Research Network is a virtual assembly of government, private, and other legally approved research, educational, service, and industrial centers. It includes scientific associations, national scientific hubs, individuals, and organizations that utilize research findings in various fields related to nursing. These entities have come together due to their aligned missions.
